                                                                      the point on how to cut onions is a very good example of failure in understanding effect and scale.
                                                                      you're looking at millions and millions of cells and a knife cuts <<0.1% of that. It's so negligible, it's funny to waste saliva making a big deal about orbital or polar cuts.

                                                                                          I thought I might say 'This made me sub. So good job.' But I decided to watch more of the video first before getting too excited... And I get annoyed when videos don't compare prices when they are being pretentious about quality. There is a reason why hamburgers are made from chuck, and that is because it is 8.80/KG in Canada (on the high end). Other beef products would be INSANELY more expensive. Let us be real here guys. Short rib is like EDM? Jesus man. We all know that high end chefs are using a chuck, short rib, brisket, eye of round. For God's sake it's way more important to have QUALITY beef than just some random blend of expensive-sounding cuts. The other experiments were excellent, so I will definitely consider this channel.
